Shipping Policy — The Cozy Kottage
Processing Time In-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-order items ship on or after the date listed on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — see current promotions at checkout.
Pre-Order Shipping Pre-order items are shipped separately from in-stock items. If your order contains both, you may receive multiple shipments. Pre-order ship dates are estimates and subject to change; we'll notify you of any delays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at thecozykottage@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. Stay tuned — Canada shipping is coming soon!
